  3. Can I mix different plans among my users?
Yes, you can choose different plans for different users in your organization. For example, you can have a company of five users with two on the Professional Plan, two on the Power Plan, and one on the Executive Plan. Go back to top.
  4. What do I need to be able to use the Microsoft Exchange Hosting service?
    1) Internet Connection: With Outlook 2000 and 2002 (XP), you do need at least a broadband Internet connection (DSL, Cable, or T1). With Outlook 2003, you can use just a dial-up modem. 2) A PC or Max that can run Outlook 2000, 2002 (XP), or 2003. Note: you do NOT need to have a copy of MS Outlook already - you will be provided with a licensed copy of MS Outlook 2000/2002/2003 as a paying customer of our service. Go back to top.
  5. I've heard about some Port 135 problem and connecting to MS Exchange server over the Internet. Is it a problem if my ISP blocks Port 135?
Most home ISPs now block Port 135 as a result of the MS Blast Worm in August, 2003. However, we provide free VPN access to get around this issue seamlessly if you are using Windows 2000 or below. If you have Windows XP, then you can use RPC over HTTP instead of VPN. Go back to top.
  6. Do you offer VPN connectivity? How much?
Yes, we provide free VPN connectivity. Go back to top.
  7. Can I synchronize my contacts and calendar with my PDA (Palm or Windows CE based)?
Yes, most PDA's come with software to synchronize with Microsoft Outlook. Once your MS Outlook is setup to connect to MS Exchange, you will be able to synchronize your contacts, calendar, tasks and notes with your PDA. Go back to top.
  8. Can I check my e-mail from my PDA wirelessly?
Yes, as long as your PDA can check POP3 or IMAP accounts wirelessly. Most PDA's either come with the software built-in or you can obtain the appropriate software. Go back to top.
